I89 Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions establish the complete legal framework for use of the i89 platform (https://i89.life). By opening an account, participating in any game, or using any service on i89, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

I89 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform for users in Bangladesh. Throughout this document, "we", "i89", or "platform" refers to i89.life. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to anyone registered with or using i89.

Account Security

I89 will never ask for your password or full OTP. If anyone requests this information, it is a scam attempt — report it to support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

I89 may request a national ID or other identity document under certain circumstances — particularly for large withdrawals or suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until this process is completed.

All financial transactions on i89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is required.

• The bKash number must match the name on the account.

About Wagering Requirements

Fairness and transparency are ensured across all games and betting activities at i89. All games use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Attempting to exploit the system by placing multiple bets on the same outcome within a single event will result in those bets being voided.

Casino & Slots

• Each game's rules are available within the game itself — please read them before you play.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome, i89 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Jackpot winnings are credited only after proper verification.

Matched Betting is Prohibited

Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event to meet bonus wagering requirements — known as "arbitrage betting" — is strictly prohibited. If detected, all related bets will be voided and the bonus forfeited.

Self-Set Limits

Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one requires a 72-hour waiting period.

Temporary Break

Any member may place a temporary suspension on their account for a period ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months. During this time, logging in and placing bets will not be permitted.

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so. Bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will not be refunded.

I89 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities through abnormal betting patterns.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
